I am so excited to be blogging this wedding!  Michael and I met Phillip back in our Michigan days.  Michael was working on his masters degree at the University of Michigan and Phillip was working on his doctorate.  They were in the same tuba studio and became really good friends.  A month before Michael and I were married, we went to Austria together for ITEC (International Tuba Euphonium Convention).  Michael and Phillip were in a Tuba Euphonium quartet together and they were invited to perform at this international competition.  You can read all about that here! 

Becky and Phillip had a beautiful wedding day. We flew up to Chicago to celebrate with them and it was so wonderful getting to experience a real fall again! Plus, I had never been to Chicago before so this was a real treat for me! Becky is just amazing.  She is full of joy and has the greatest smile when she laughs!  It was easy capturing her smile in these pictures because she was smiling all day!  She is truly a beautiful person.  Congratulations Phillip and Becky!
