When I think back to my own wedding photos, the ones that mean the most to me are the ones with my grandparents. At the time when we got married, we weren't sure if my grandparents would make it to our wedding in person. But they did.
Seeing them sitting in the front row in their wheelchairs means the world to me. Just a few months after our wedding, my granddad passed away. Our wedding day was one of the last times I saw him in person. It was the last time I hugged him. The last time I spoke to him face to face.
From creating photo-friendly timelines to capturing your grandparents holding hands during your ceremony, I'm there for you. We know how important your wedding day is, and we don't want you to miss a thing!
I'll be the one shouting "Yesssss!!!!" from behind the camera when the wind catches your veil and doing whatever it takes to get the perfect shot!

Frequently
We typically average 100 photos per hour we are shooting. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Engagement galleries average 150-200 photos. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on social media! We kindly ask for photo credit when posting and sharing.
We love efficiency and we also know you are excited to see your photos! We promise your full wedding gallery to be delivered in 4-6 weeks... with a few sneak peeks before then! Engagement and bridal session full galleries are delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery. From this gallery, you can view, share, download and print your images straight from a professional lab. Prints are shipped straight to you in about a week!
The Joanna Krueger Wedding Experience begins at $5,000 and includes a minimum of eight hours of wedding day coverage, two photographers (Michael & Joanna), a complimentary engagement session and a full gallery of images delivered 4 weeks from your wedding day. Optional add-ons include bridal sessions, heirloom albums and hours of coverage.
We require a $1,000 retainer and signed contract to secure your date. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date!
We schedule engagement sessions anytime after booking and up until a month before the wedding. If your wedding is local, save-the-dates should be sent between 6 and 8 months before the wedding.
That is totally up to you! However, we like to encourage them because there are so many benefits to doing a first look, including a sweet moment between the two of you, more portraits and getting to your reception sooner. You can read more about first looks here!

I started photography as a hobby and it quickly grew into a thriving business! I photographed my first wedding in 2013 and two years later, I quit my teaching job to go full time in my business. With a sweet tea in hand, I'll be your biggest hype woman and encourager to bring out the most beautiful side of you in front of the camera!

Michael
Michael is my husband and official second shooter! He is a mechanical engineer Monday-Friday and wedding photographer on the weekends! He is incredibly smart (he has three degrees!) and wears many hats on the wedding day. From veil tossing to organizing family photos, he does it all! He's also 6'4" and gets amazing angles!
