Hermann Park Engagement Session

It was raining and overcast all day, but the sun came out just in time for Kristin and Hayden’s engagement session! I couldn’t believe how much gorgeous, glowy light we had! We met Hayden when we photographed his cousins wedding in 2016 and his twin sisters wedding last year! And now, he and his beautiful fiancé, Kristin, are getting married this October at Balmorhea, and we could not be more exited for them! Hayden, Kristen, Michael, and I all worship together with the Bellaire church of Christ, and we have loved getting to know the two of them over the last couple of months! Kristin and Hayden met at an accounting career fair on campus at the University of Arkansas. They had a mutual friend, and once they met each other, they hit it off right away! These two have been inseparable ever since!

Kristin reached out to us before they were even engaged. I just love that! She and Hayden already knew they wanted us to photograph their wedding before there was ever a ring on her finger! After we booked them, it was so hard to keep it under wraps until they were official! It was just a couple of weeks later when Hayden popped the question on the new year! I’d say that was the perfect way to “ring in the new year”! Hah!

We just love Kristin and Hayden! The way they interact with each other is so sweet! I tell my couples at the beginning of their session that the only thing they have to do is have fun, and be in love! These two did exactly that!
