Brazos Bend Engagement Session

The golden light was glowing through the spiraling tree branches. As they sat on the tree branch, Taylor gently wrapped his arms around Kindsey, He held her close. We met Taylor and Kindsey at Brazos Bend State Park and were instantly transported to the pages of a novel. Everything was perfect… the light, the location, it all felt like a dream!

Taylor and Kindsey met a few years ago at Florida College. They had several mutual friends and often hung out in the same group but didn’t talk much until Taylor graduated. Kindsey had a crush on him for the longest time, but it was years before he asked her out on their first date. Some things are worth waiting for. Fast forward to March 3rd. Kindsey’s sister Kelli asked her to dress up for some family photos at the rose garden at Hermann Park. Kindsey was taking a photo with her sweet little niece when Taylor began sneaking up behind her. She turned around and there he was. Kindsey thought he was back home in Atlanta so she wasn’t expecting him to be there at all! Taylor got down on one knee and asked her the most important question of her life. It was perfect! He proposed to her with her Grandmother’s ring as the one he picked for her was still being crafted. That didn’t matter to Taylor. He didn’t want to wait any longer to make Kindsey his future wife. I’d say Kindsey’s patience for that first date paid off big time!

Taylor, we love how you take care of Kindsey and how you know exactly what makes her laugh! Kindsey, you are gorgeous. You have the most beautiful eyes and your joy is contagious! It’s no wonder your middle name really is Joy. Michael and I absolutely loved our time with you guys!
