Alison and Jason are two of the nicest people we’ve ever met!  When you meet them, you feel like you could just talk to them for hours! We loved getting to know them during their engagement session.  Alison and Jason flew all the way from Michigan and braved the Texas heat for these gorgeous summer portraits.  Michael and I spent our first year of marriage in Michigan while he was finishing his masters degree so we loved getting to swap our Michigan stories!  

Alison is getting her Ph. D in Criminal Justice so it only makes sense that they would want to take their photos at one of the oldest and most beautiful courthouses in Texas.  We met them in La Grange at the County Courthouse and I have to say…no wonder they chose this place!  This courthouse is absolutely amazing!  We were a little disappointed that the inside was closed but that didn’t stop us from getting amazing portraits around the square.  Congratulations Alison and Jason!  We can’t wait for your wedding this November!
