A Texas A&M Anniversary Session

Meet Nancy and David! It’s always an honor when our clients hire us to photograph them but it’s even more of an honor when your clients are also wedding photographers!! Nancy and David are an amazing husband and wife wedding photography team in Ohio!! They flew to Texas to visit friends and to photograph a styled photo shoot in Dallas…and to take anniversary portraits with me!

When Nancy first reached out about their session, I could not have been more excited.  She has been following our journey on Instagram and when they made their travel plans, we started planning their session! Nancy was looking for a location with a mix of nature and timeless architecture. I instantly thought of the Admin building on the Texas A&M campus. It was the perfect spot!! Since we’re at the end of the semester, there were quite a few seniors taking photos with their photographers so at times, it was pretty crowded! But we picked our locations at the perfect times so it looks like we were the only ones here!

Nancy and David have been married for five years! They brought along their sweet, little boy Jaden who is just a couple weeks older than James. He hopped in a couple pictures here and there and had his own share of fun exploring the area with their friend, Judy! You would think that photographing other wedding photographers would be nerve wracking…but that couldn’t be further from the truth! Nancy and David were an absolute dream to photograph. I had so much fun working with them! These two know all about posing so of course, every photo they took was amazing!! Plus they are just the sweetest together so my job was very easy!
