Rustic Challenger Park Bridal Session

In a huge, open field of wheat grass, she stood out as a thing of beauty.  The sun was glowing through her veil as it fell lightly around her shoulders. Her eyes beamed towards the camera as she thought of Nick, the love of her life. Haylie was a bride. The moment she has been dreaming of for her entire life was finally here. Her dress fit her perfectly, her makeup flawless, and her braided hair was angelic in the golden hour light. Not to mention that Haylie totally rocked her country flair in her amazing boots! She could not have looked more gorgeous!!

When Haylie was shopping for her wedding dress, she had a certain look in mind.  But after trying on 12 dresses, she walked away with the dress of her dreams that was nothing like she envisioned! We met Haylie and her mom at Challenger Seven Memorial Park. Every time I get to shoot here, I fall more and more in love with the place! This time around, I found my new favorite spot in the field with a tree that so perfectly diffused the sunset light. It’s a photographers dream!

The day before Haylie’s bridal session, a cool front had come through so she was freezing in her dress while taking her portraits! But she held herself with such grace that you would never know! Haylie, you are such  a gorgeous bride and such a joy to work with. I could have photographed you all day long! Enjoy these few favorites from her bridal session!
