Sunset Hermann Park Engagement Session

Meet Kristin and Brandon!! They grew up in California living within two miles from each other but never met until they moved to Texas and got on dating app…where their paths ultimately crossed. Kristin found me on Instagram and had been following me for a while. When Brandon proposed and they began planing their wedding, she reached out to me! We setup a zoom double date and we clicked instantly! It felt like we were chatting with friends we’d known for years, rather than our clients!

Kristin and Brandon are both wine lovers and love relaxing at a local winery on the weekend. So naturally, it made sense for Brandon to propose to her there! Last December, they went to their favorite winery and while they were standing in one of the vineyard rows, Brandon got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Now they’re planning the most beautiful wedding at the Springs in Wallisville this December!

We met up with them at Hermann Park for their engagement session. I never get tired of photographing here! Hermann Park has the dreamiest light and photographs beautifully all year round! Towards the end of their session, the sun dipped just below the tree branches that it drenched them in the most glowy light! And to make it even better, we had live music! There was a man playing his saxophone nearby in the park which was so fitting because Kristin used to play the saxophone!
