Hermann Park Engagement Session

They met at Sam Houston University. They were both French horn players majoring in music education! When I read that in her email, I was instantly hooked. Michael and I both have music education degrees and I play French horn too! It was meant to be. We had SO much fun with Megan and Cameron during their engagement session! I just loved watching these two interact with each other. They are so sweet and fiercely in love with each other. They said they were afraid they’d show up and be awkward with posing. But they showed up and brought their A-game!! These two are just so sweet with each other. When I asked if they were up to doing a “lifting” shot, Cameron immediately responded with YES! It was hilarious! They seriously made my job so easy! They can officially put advanced posing and modeling skills down on their resume.

Megan and Cameron had been friends for years until they officially started dating a year and a half ago. They went to see Moana on their first date so it was only fitting that Cameron would take her to see another Disney movie (The Incredibles 2!) on the night he proposed to her. After dinner and a movie, they went walking along the waterway in The Woodlands. Cameron knew right then and there that he didn’t want to wait any longer. He asked Megan to marry him and of course, she said, “YES!” It was the perfect moment!
