A Burgundy Carriage House Wedding | Conroe, TX

They held hands and walked across the stage. There, in front of them, was a small table with their communion. They stood close, not letting go of each other’s hands. It was the moment Megan and Jay had been waiting for their entire lives, and it was better than they could have ever imagined! The windows of the chapel let in the most glorious light as one of their friends began to play her guitar. The sound of Amazing Grace echoed within the white chapel walls. It was so powerful that neither of them could keep back their emotions. The joy was overwhelming! As Megan and Jay stood together in front of their closest friends and family, they, and everyone else,  joined in the song. It was the sweetest moment!

During the ceremony, their pastor read from the book of Genesis where God says, “it is not good that man shall be alone”. He then made the connection that nitro by itself isn’t much good but when it’s bonded to glycerine, it makes for an explosion! And just like nitroglycerine, Megan and Jay are the perfect compliment to each other, and that’s so evident when you’re around them! As soon as they were pronounced “Nitro” and “Glycerine”, they walked outside the chapel doors only to see the most vibrant rainbow you’ve ever seen! It was such a perfect touch to their wedding day that it almost seemed unreal!

All day long, Megan was beaming with joy. You could just tell she was soaking in every minute of her day and loving life to its fullest! Just going through their photos, I couldn’t help but smile every time I saw her overcome with joy. Wedding day smiles are the best!! Megan and Jay, thank you so much for choosing us as your wedding photographers. You are two of the sweetest souls we’ve ever met and we absolutely loved getting to know you and documenting the best and happiest day of your lives!
