A Karbach Brewery Wedding

As soon as we walked in the door,  I knew this day was going to be amazing! Eleanor yelled my name from across the house and said she had been asking everybody what time it was about every five seconds because she was so excited for her photographers to arrive!  Talk about a warm welcome! Eleanor’s mom, Margie, took us on a tour of their gorgeous house and we instantly fell in love with this little nook in her closet.  Y’all…it was a photographers dream! Eleanor had the most amazing details and I literally could have spent all day photographing them in this space! I was in photographer heaven!

Eleanor’s daughter, Saraiah is the absolute sweetest! She gazed at her mom in admiration as she was putting on her wedding dress and even helped put Eleanor’s shoes on.  It was the sweetest!! I just loved being around them all day.  Their joy is contagious!

Mario and Eleanor’s ceremony was so unique and beautiful.  Mario built the arch that they stood under and it was perfect! One of my favorite parts of the ceremony was the ring warming.  They passed the wedding rings around the entire room and every guest held them, made a wish or said a prayer for blessings on their marriage.  I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room.

But just wait until you see the reception.  Eleanor hand folded 1,000 paper cranes that hung from the ceiling. It was definitely the conversation piece of the night! Right before the end of the night, we took Mario and Eleanor into the actual brewery and for some extra portrait time.  We un-bustled Eleanor’s dress for the most dramatic portrait and I have to say… it was totally worth it! Eleanor and Mario, may you both have 1,000 years of love, joy and happiness!
