Introducing the new Mr. & Mrs. Mock!! Kristin and Hayden had the most gorgeous wedding day at Balmorhea on Saturday! Michael and I just love these two. We first met Hayden a couple years ago when we photographed his twin sisters wedding and now, we’re photographing his wedding! Michael and I worship together with Kristin and Hayden at the Bellaire Church of Christ so get to see them all the time!

Kristin and Hayden are absolute dream clients. For one, they are the sweetest, most kindest people you’ll ever meet, but they will do anything for great photos! That really rang true when it came time for their bride and groom portraits after the ceremony. These two walked almost all the way down the driveway to the entrance of their venue, walked over several crawdad holes and risked getting bitten by ants all for the most gorgeous, glowy portraits under the trees. These portraits are some of my favorite that I’ve ever taken and it’s all because of Kristin and Hayden’s incredible trust in me and willingness to do whatever it takes! Just wait till you see those portraits!!

All throughout the wedding day, Michael and I felt like we were a part of the family. We’ve photographed the weddings of several of Kristin and Hayden’s extended family members and friends and it was so fun getting to see everyone again! In fact, there were five couples at this wedding who’s weddings we photographed! That’s just amazing to me!

I always say that we hear the best stories during the speeches. Kristin’s dad talked about how Kristin and Hayden are two peas in a pod and compliment each other so well, even if Kristin’s car is a little messier than Hayden’s! We learned from the best man that Hayden is a YouTube sensation with his Vacation Bible School rap he wrote back in the day which left us all roaring with laughter! Kristin’s sister told us as soon as her sister met Hayden, she knew he was going to be part of the family. I have to agree that Kristin and Hayden really are absolutely perfect together!
