A Navy Blue Farmhouse Wedding

Introducing the new Mr. & Mrs. Parsons!! Hayley and Reid had the most beautiful wedding at The Farmhouse on Friday full of gorgeous greenery, friends and family and so much joy! I just love these two. Their love for each other is so sweet and so strong that you can’t help but fall in love with them! I have shared my love of first looks over and over again and this past weekend, Hayley and Reid shared the sweetest first look! I just loved watching Reid’s reaction to seeing his beautiful bride for the first time. He was absolutely stunned by her gorgeousness! (Just wait until you see those pictures!!) It was definitely one of my favorite moments of their wedding day.

But just when I thought their wedding day couldn’t get any sweeter, the ceremony came. As Hayley and Reid stood together, hand in hand, they began to say their vows to one another. Hayley began to cry as she recited hers. She was so overcome with emotions that tears of joy fell as she promised Reid to love him and only him for the rest of his life. It was such a sweet and romantic moment! I don’t think there was a dry eye in the chapel.

Late July weddings are known to be a little hot (we would know- we got married in July!!). Reid and Hayley’s wedding day was no exception. It was a warm summer day for a beautiful Farmhouse wedding but it was also so beautiful. I don’t know what it is about The Farmhouse, but on warm, summer evenings, the light is just magical. The bridal suite and the chapel are light and airy and after the sun sets, the lake behind the chapel is just gorgeous! Honesty, this will forever be one of my favorite venues.

I left Hayley and Reid’s wedding day knowing that I was in love with their portraits and as a photographer, there is no greater feeling! These two endured the heat for not one, not two, but three separate bride and groom portrait sessions! These guys are amazing!! We were all sweating but it paid off big time!! These two left their wedding day with tons of gorgeous portraits of the two of them! Just by looking at these two together, you would never know how hot it was outside.
