A Downtown Houston Engagement Session

Meet Sara and Vince!! These two met on Bumble in 2020 and fell in love while the world was in quarantine. Now they’re planning a beautiful wedding at The Carriage House next year! Sara and Vince found us through one of our favorite wedding planners, Hannah Hester of Loose Ends Event Design. When we met with them on Zoom, we clicked instantly. They felt like sweet old friends and that’s exactly how we like it!

We met up with them at Eleanor Tinsley and Buffalo Bayou and had so much fun exploring the area with them! This location is beautiful and there are so many amazing options for portraits. One reason they chose this spot for their session was to get portraits with the Houston skyline. After all, when Vince proposed, they had an amazing view of the Houston skyline behind them! So it makes sense that they would incorporate that sentimental view in their engagement photos too!

These guys are rock stars. The day before their session, a cold front came through dropping the temperature into the low 50’s. Sara and Vince embraced the chilly air and rolled with it! It was quite impressive, really! Just by looking at their portraits, you would never know they were freezing!

Sara and Vince are just amazing to work with. They made my job so easy which allowed me to be creative and do some fun things around Eleanor Tinsley! We took WAY too many portraits and had so much fun! I cannot wait to show up on their wedding day and work with them all over again!
