A Colorful Lakeside Country Club Wedding

I absolutely loved Mallory and Chris’s vision for their wedding day. A June wedding at Lakeside Country Club full of vibrant colors and portraits by the lake. You can’t get much more summery than that! I could spend all day talking about how much I love Mallory and Chris…but the truth is, they are just hands down, amazing clients! I mean, these guys took portraits outside in 100 degree heat and totally rocked it! Chris was even wearing a suit and he never complained…not even once. I was just in awe of his attitude!

When you trust your photographer like they did, amazing things happen! We ended up with so many beautiful portraits and I cannot wait for you to scroll through them all! After all…a hot summer day means incredible light! We had the most amazing light the entire day which we ended with sunset portraits during their reception. Heat and all, we made the most of this beautiful glowy light and stunning couple! 

Sometimes I wonder how we have been so blessed with amazing couples who love us and truly care about their photography. I’m so incredibly thankful! Mallory was a dream bride! At the end of the night, she had a hard time saying goodbye to me. Mallory gave me the tightest hug and did not want to let go. She told me how between me and her coordinator, we took so much stress, worry and burden off her shoulders and made this process so wonderful for her. I was tearing up as she went on about how much she appreciated us. It was such a sweet moment and so thoughtful of her to say thank you before their send off. 

Mallory and Chris, thank you for choosing us as your wedding photographers! We love you guys and I’m sad your wedding day is over! We have absolutely loved getting to know you and photographing this sweet season of your life. We hope you enjoy reliving your beautiful wedding day while on your much deserved honeymoon!!
