A Challenger Park Portrait Session

Before you get your hopes up, no, we’re not photographing family sessions. I’ve been photographing my sister and her family for years now and it’s something I love and will always do.  It’s so special not only to her, but to me as well! I don’t know what my favorite part of their sessions are…the times when everybody is looking at the camera (and smiling!) or the portraits of just Jenna and Jacob that happen when Big Mike (that’s Jackson’s name for Uncle Michael) takes the boys off to play.  Or maybe it’s just because they’re my family and I love them to pieces!!

Because I’ve photographed them for years, Jenna and Jacob know pretty much all my poses and are masters at them all!  When it came time for portraits, the first thing Jenna said was, “It’s time for prom pose!!” She knows that’s “their pose” and one that they just naturally fall into.  Jackson, you deserve all the chicken nuggets in the world for being such a rockstar for these photos! And that little man sweater??? Stop it.  SO adorable!  Enjoy these few favorites from their session!
