A Broadacres Houston Engagement Session

Meet Kevin and Ashton! (and Max!) Their story begins back in 2018 when they found each other on Tinder. When they met for their very first date, Kevin was sold. He knew she was the one! Funny story…their paths actually crossed four years prior without either of them knowing when Kevin accidentally photobombed one of her photos. She had no idea until facial recognition pointed it out to them on her phone! She was shocked to see Kevin in the background of one of her photos four years before they met. Fate has a funny way of putting people into our lives. 🙂

When we were discussing the location for their engagement session, Kevin and Ashton knew they wanted two locations. We landed on Broadacres and Hermann Park and it was just beautiful!! I will never get over these majestic oak trees! And to make it even better, they brought their four month old beagle puppy, Max along to the shoot! I think Max really enjoyed their session! He got to explore a new place, got lots of scratches and snuggles and even looked at the camera! He was the most well behaved puppy I’ve ever met. Hah!

Kevin and Ashton got engaged in December of last year. Kevin had wrapped the engagement ring and placed in under the Christmas tree for her to find. He proposed to Ashton with their family surrounding them! It was the perfect Christmas! Now they’re planning a wedding together at The Juliana and we could not be more excited for them!
