A Butler’s Courtyard Wedding

Areef and Nikki are MARRIED!  We couldn’t be more excited for them! I’m so excited to finally be sharing these images with you.  Michael and I have known Areef since our college days at the University of Houston (Go Coogs!) and we met Nikki at their engagement session.  One of the first things I noticed was just how perfect these two are for each other!

Nikki’s favorite flower is a sunflower and she had them everywhere!  It was gorgeous! When her florist told her that sunflowers were out of season,  she went above and beyond and  had sunflowers shipped from Mexico just for Nikki’s perfect day!

On the day of their wedding, a massive cold front came through bringing heavy rains and wind, but that didn’t stop them from having an amazing wedding!  They moved the ceremony under the tent, and it made for such a romantic ceremony.   A quick flip and the same space was used for the reception! I’m always amazed at the venue staff when they make a room flip and have everything decorated for the reception in no time!
