An Intimate Heights Ironworks Wedding

You guys…I think I just found one of my new favorite venues in Houston- Heights Ironworks! This place photographs like a DREAM. The house where Paulina got dressed was flooded with the most beautiful natural light. I just couldn’t get over it! Light colored walls, the prettiest white doors and windows everywhere. It was hard not to take a bad photo…especially when you have a subject as beautiful as Paulina! She was absolutely stunning on her wedding day. From the inside out, she’s such a beautiful person! It’s no wonder Justin fell in love with her.

Paulina and Justin had an intimate ceremony with just their immediate families in attendance. After we finished up their family portraits, about 100 of their closet friends arrived for cocktail hour, dinner and their reception! Paulina and her family are Polish which I loved because I have some Polish heritage myself! It was so neat listening to them speak to each other in Polish throughout the day! They even included a lot of Polish touches in the food at their reception! From the dessert table to the charcuterie platters, they thought of everything!

We loved getting to know Paulina and Justin at their engagement session back in June. When it came time for their portraits, they had remembered all the posing we taught them at their session and totally nailed all the poses! They ended up with a ton of portraits because of all the practice they had at their session! I probably blogged way too many portraits, but I had so many favorites, I couldn’t narrow it down!

Paulina and Justin, thank you so much for trusting us and choosing us as your wedding photographers. It was truly an honor to be there amongst your closest friends and family! Enjoy reliving your gorgeous wedding day through these few favorites!
