When I think back to my own wedding photos, the ones that mean the most to me are the ones with my grandparents. At the time when we got married, we weren't sure if my grandparents would make it to our wedding in person. But they did.
Seeing them sitting in the front row in their wheelchairs means the world to me. Just a few months after our wedding, my granddad passed away. Our wedding day was one of the last times I saw him in person. It was the last time I hugged him. The last time I spoke to him face to face.
From creating photo-friendly timelines to capturing your grandparents holding hands during your ceremony, I'm there for you. We know how important your wedding day is, and we don't want you to miss a thing!
I'll be the one shouting "Yesssss!!!!" from behind the camera when the wind catches your veil and doing whatever it takes to get the perfect shot!

We want to tell your story from beginning to end, so we never offer less than eight hours of coverage. Wedding days go by fast, so soak up every moment! My goal is to make your wedding experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible.
From getting in your dress to your grandparents holding hands during your ceremony, we'll be there to capture everything.

You will receive your full gallery of images in four weeks from the wedding day in an online gallery. Here, you can download your high-resolution digital files, share, and print without ever leaving your house.
After you receive your photos, I'll put together your album design (if you ordered an album), and we'll begin the customization process!

In order to give our clients the experience they deserve, we limit the number of bookings we take per year. We conduct consultations with each couple to make sure we are a great fit for one another and to learn how we can best serve them.

frequently asked questions
We typically average 100 photos per hour we are shooting. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Engagement galleries average 150-200 photos. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos on social media! We kindly ask for photo credit when posting and sharing.

After your session is over, we'll share a sneak peek on our social media! Then one to two weeks after your session, you'll be featured on our blog with all of our favorite photos from your session! Your full gallery will be emailed to you with a link where you can view, download, share and print your photos all in one place!
Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery. From this gallery, you can view, share, download and print your images straight from a professional lab. Prints are shipped straight to you in about a week!
The Joanna Krueger Wedding Experience begins at $4,500 and includes a minimum of eight hours of wedding day coverage, two photographers (Michael & Joanna), a complimentary engagement session and a full gallery of images delivered 4 weeks from your wedding day. Optional add-ons include bridal sessions, heirloom albums and hours of coverage.
We require a $1,000 retainer and signed contract to secure your date. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date!
We schedule engagement sessions anytime after booking and up until a month before the wedding. If your wedding is local, save-the-dates should be sent between 6 and 8 months before the wedding.
That is totally up to you! However, we like to encourage them because there are so many benefits to doing a first look, including a sweet moment between the two of you, more portraits and getting to your reception sooner. You can read more about first looks here!
